Part Time Inventory Photographer/Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Photograph Ford-Commercial, Subaru, and all Used inventory - Re-delivery training will include Ford and Subaru
• Photograph all required features on each vehicle
• Communicate with managers
• Post pictures online to specific websites
• Conduct daily audits to verify work
• Assist Sales and Commercial departments - moving cars, errands, etc.
• Interact with customers and conduct re-delivery/re-orientations with customers within 2 weeks of delivery
• Support Sales staff and Service customers with technology questions
• Will be required to call customers and set appointments for re-delivery

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Outbound scheduling emails/calls required
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with smartphone apps and use camera phone efficiently
• Computer skills and general technology a must
• Good people skills
• Strong organizational skills

Hours

• Monday through Friday: 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. every other week - will have alternate day off (Wednesday or Thursday) on weeks when Saturdays are worked
