Job Description Class A OTR Truck Driver

Pay: Average gross pay of $2,000 for drivers who run 1800 miles and 4 number of loads. Average of $1400 weekly after tax

unload Pay: $240 per load

Stop Pay: $25 per stop

Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul

Average Gross Pay: $2,000 per week for 1800 miles and 4 loads

Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, primarily on weekends

Shift:
- Early morning start, delivering to multiple Dollar Tree stores throughout the day

Equipment:
- Fleet includes Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths

Lane Info:
- Deliveries to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN
-
Running Areas or Region:
- Dedicated runs covering various Dollar Tree store locations

Touch or No Touch Freight:
- 100% touch freight requiring manual unloading

Additional Details:

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 at 30 days

1 week ride-along with a current driver at $150 per day

Must have secure parking location for truck and trailer

New hires need to arrive with 2 weeks' worth of supplies for orientation

Training will be conducted in Warrensburg, MO; drivers will be seated in a truck immediately upon hire

Must be at least 21 Years of Age

Must have a minimum of 3 Full Months Class A Driving Experience
