Purpose of Position

The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Project Delivery leads SSI's Innovation Design and Delivery organization, leveraging SSI's operations and technology expertise to address its internal and external clients' most significant business challenges and meet the company's playbook goals. Working closely with operations and technology experts, Innovation Design and Delivery empowers the enterprise's project management process from concept through organizational readiness and general release. At each stage, Innovation Design and Delivery applies Project Management, Governance, and Communication expertise to enable its business and technology experts to identify, define, and execute its most impactful opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic direction informing enterprise project priorities.
  2. Identify novel projects supporting SSI's strategic direction and delivering value to existing and prospective clients.
  3. Define enterprise project priorities based on expected value.
  4. Build project teams through formal resource work assignments.
  5. Direct project team activities by building and managing detailed project plans.
  6. Provide visibility into project team progress, issues, and opportunities through regular status reporting.
  7. Create recommendations addressing problems and opportunities that arise during the project process.
  8. Secure approval and (where required) resource commitments to execute issue remediation plans.
  9. Facilitate regular governance to maximize visibility throughout the enterprise project process.
  10. Lead internal communication efforts, increasing visibility into upcoming activities and impacts on job responsibilities.
  11. Organize support and readiness activities in advance of new project rollouts.
  12. Coordinate development and delivery of customer-facing education and documentation required to support new projects.

Security Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
  • Execute particular security processes or activities.
  • Ensure responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken.
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the InfoSec department.

Experience and Education Requirements

Education

Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Years of Experience

Minimum: 10 years of experience in project management, with at least five years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Strong background in operations and technology integration.


Certifications

A combination of experience and advanced education may be substituted. Background checks and drug test required.
