Forklift Operators & General Laborer Associates

Amotec Inc. is actively hiring for Forklift Operators and General Laborers who are dependable, hard-working, and eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. All shifts open and a particular focus on filling 2nd and 3rd shifts. Key Responsibilities :

• May have experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to handle, transport, load, and unload materials.
• Perform essential general labor duties, including picking, packing, sorting, and organizing inventory.
• Support shipping and receiving tasks by verifying product accuracy, preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to facilitate a smooth operation and meet production goals.

Qualifications :

• Prior forklift operation experience preferred; but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive movement.
• Willingness to learn new role, and commited to training and growth
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn and grow within the company.

We have openings on all shifts, with a particular focus on candidates interested in 2nd and 3rd shifts.
