- Provide nursing care and support to women during labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and assist with pain management
- Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate and provide emotional support to expectant mothers and their families
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and clear communication across teams
- Respond to emergencies and complications promptly and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards of care
