Head of Service Delivery | MSP | Remote (+Travel) | $160-190k

We are partnered with a PE-backed Managed Service Provider within the professional services space to hire a Head of Service Delivery. This person will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations and will have full P&L responsibility for the firms' Managed Services operation.

What experience do you need?

• 10 years of experience within an MSP and/or related industry and support functions.
• Experience working with an MSP that has upwards of $50m revenue
• Experience managing integrations and acquisitions
• Proven aptitude for strategic decision-making, planning, vision, and governance for customer experience and Service Delivery operations.
• Ability to Scale Teams, assess utilization rates and get ahead of headcount requirements
• Have experience managing an on & offshore workforce

What you will do:

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies
• Develop, execute, and manage regional strategic and operations plans
• Full P&L responsibility for the assigned region inclusive of developing budgets and setting revenue goals.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement through cost-effective operations and strategic market development activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines, communicating them effectively throughout the organization.
• Foster trust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
