Job Requirements / Description

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process of financial services products and solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met and that projects are executed efficiently. This includes coordinating between various teams, tracking project milestones, troubleshooting any issues, and providing regular updates to clients and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial services.


  • Coordinate the delivery of financial services projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, operations, compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Maintain detailed records of project status, updates, and client communications.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery performance, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance documentation is maintained and updated.
