Tractor Trailer Drop & Hook Driver

Ecosouth is a growing company within the waste and recycling industry. We are looking to hire for our Landfill in Florida. We are actively looking for an experienced Tipper Truck.
Responsibilities
•Haul tipper trailers from the drop hook area up to the tipper on the Landfill then back down to the drop and hook area
•Must attend and participate in all training and safety programs
•Must wear proper PPE at all times
•Must follow all safety protocols for the landfill

Qualifications
•Class A License Preferred
•1 year of experience
•High School Diploma
•Includes: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing/Pulling, Sitting, Standing, Squatting/Kneeling, Walking, Speaking, Hearing, Vision, and Manual Dexterity
•Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions, and other business interactions
•Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals
•Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification
•Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools
•Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg
•Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg
•Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel
•Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time delivering information
•Walking: Able to walk through the landfill and other outside elements
