This job is responsible for managing the delivery and execution of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs, which may include Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning and Development (LD), Retirement, Shared Services or Staffing. Key responsibilities include partnering with the HR program design functions to recommend solutions and requirements for new programs. Job expectations include understanding the programs/products, operational requirements, end-to-end processes, and oversight necessary to deliver HR programs successfully and effectively.
This position is within Global Compensation Delivery, the team accountable for the successful administration of the Equity, Long Term Incentive & Legacy Deferred Compensation Plans. In addition, this role will partner with Retirement Administration and Enterprise HR Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity; analyze/present large amounts of data clearly and concisely to help make fact-based decisions in support of Equity, Deferred Compensation and Retirement programs
- Identify and interpret trends in data and summarize complex issues
- Conduct data audits, disposition of error reports, and employee record updates
- Support payment processing on Equity, Deferred Compensation and Retirement teams
- Utilize MS Excel and Alteryx to streamline and automate reporting requirements
- Management, creation, and enhancement of standard reporting deliverables
- Coordinate resolution of issues that are systemic and/or negatively impact the employee experience
- Performs complex analytics, consulting, and process design tasks to support the successful delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs
- Evaluates existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements
- Implements controls to mitigate and manage compliance and operational risk
- Manages a variety of routine to complex operational and strategic activities to ensure programs are executed accurately and effectively, while coaching and developing team members
- Partners with HR program functions on an ongoing basis to ensure processes meet design requirements
- Supports larger, complex initiatives by identifying solutions that meet business needs and priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years data analytics experience, the ability to apply reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products with emphasis on advanced Excel (complex formula creation and troubleshooting, power query and power pivot) and PowerPoint
- Strong technical knowledge of business requirements documents, system data feeds, data flows, etc.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Relationship management experience including the ability to communicate, influence and coach at the senior leader level
- Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across different audiences
- Strong attention to detail; exercise strong quality control over own work
- Proven ability to establish and maintain highly-collaborative partnerships
- Highly organized with ability to drive many competing priorities, projects and multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion, and balance risk and reward with a strong focus on compliance
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment, with ability to juggle long-term goals and short-term deliverables
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Equity, Retirement or Executive Compensation Delivery
- Prior experience in managing Business Control, Compliance, Risk or Audit requirements
