MLR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery team at a premier healthcare facility near Midland, Texas, in a full-time, permanent position!

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:

Provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postnatal recovery.
Support patients throughout the birthing process, monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting with childbirth.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the medical team to ensure a smooth, safe labor experience.
Educate mothers and families on the birthing process, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Accurately document patient care and interventions, ensuring detailed medical records.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both the mother and baby.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
Required certifications: CPR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP (or willingness to obtain).
