Local Delivery Driver

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle (tractor trailer) for local pick-ups and deliveries at various warehouses and customer locations, with no-touch handling.
• Home daily position, 1st shift, Monday - Friday 6 am to 4 pm, rotating Saturdays required.
• Earn $24 per hour plus benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, paid time off (PTO), and quarterly safety bonuses.
• Serve as the point of contact for product deliveries and acceptance, and relay relevant information between the company and its customers.
• Adhere strictly to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations including daily trip logs, pre- and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections, and hours of service.

What Experience and Education You Need:

• Valid and current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), 2 years' CDL A experience.
• Clean driving record with no recent convictions or violations.

What Could Set You Apart:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience with refrigerated (reefer) trailers.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills, written and verbal communication, and basic math proficiency.
