Driver Tank Wagon

Tank Wagon Operator:

Glover Oil Company Inc is seeking a Tank Wagon Operator responsible for safely and efficiently delivering diesel fuel while adhering to all safety regulations to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, other duties may be assigned:

Safe Operations: Operate tank truck in accordance with all applicate traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Fuel Delivery: Accurately deliver diesel fuel to customer locations, ensuring proper metering and documentation.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily inspections of tank truck, including checking fluid levels, tires, and lights. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery tickets.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
Experience operating tank trucks or other commercial vehicles
Strong safety record and commitment to safe driving practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically able to perform lifting and climbing
