Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Support Administrator that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of delivery remanufacture items.

This role is essential for ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and that the delivery remanufacturing process runs efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and accurate arrival of remanufacturing items.
  • Track Orders: Monitor the status of orders and deliveries, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Prepare Documentation: Handle shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
  • Customer Support: Provide information and weekly reports to customers and distributors regarding their orders and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with warehouse staff, Customer Care, and other departments to streamline delivery processes.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of remanufacturing items, suppliers, and customer information.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Experience: Previous experience in Repair Center, Logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Education: A degree in administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: intermediate level of English comprehension and speaking, familiarity with ERPs software, Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
