Location: Onalaska, WI
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Benefits: Weekends off, Perfect Attendance Bonus ($2 extra per hour), Paid Bi-Weekly

About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you'll be an essential part of the warehouse team, handling various tasks such as picking, loading, unloading, stacking, or moving lumber and other materials. Your role will ensure that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pull and load orders to meet system documentation requirements.
• Material Handling: Move materials safely and accurately, ensuring inventory is organized and properly managed using FIFO and cycle counts.
• Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Yard Upkeep: Maintain a clean and clutter-free yard environment by organizing inventory and removing trash.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, assisting where needed and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
