Location: Remote/WFH Role. You may work anywhere in the US.

Job Summary:

Sr. Consultants in Professional Services at Genesys help facilitate the delivery process for our customers in a technical hands-on capacity. In this role, you'll promote the use of Genesys technology to enable customer success and support its development and growth into new domains by working closely with industry experts throughout the company.

This position requires an individual with a pragmatic mindset, and with a history of adapting a clear vision based on the customers' maturity and structure. The goal is to align Genesys Cloud to their ongoing technical evolution and add value with greater velocity.

During the interview process, you'll be asked to discuss examples of your technical depth and breadth in the contact center space.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with customers and partners during all stages of the project lifecycle.

  • Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers.

  • Understand how Genesys technology integrates/interfaces with customers' solutions vision.

  • Lead efforts to proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how Genesys brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers.

  • Present complex Genesys technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations.

  • Identify project risks and define mitigation plans.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise solutions/systems that leverage call center technologies; technical depth in contact center consultation is a must.

  • Experience consulting and providing technical solutions with customers on top technology trends such as optimization, acceleration, connectivity, business model changes, and customer experience.

  • IP Telephony and IP Telephone Technologies.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and programming complex applications leveraging APIs, JSON, and/or JavaScript.

  • Experience with current technology implementation patterns including service-oriented and cloud.

  • Understanding of business processes and transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology.

  • Hands-on scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc.).

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$75,850.00 - $148,850.00
