Tasks-Duties-Responsibilities for this position:

• Posting of notices on rental properties
• Delivery of documents and items in the local market area
• Check rental properties for occupancy and complete other office functions
• Track and turn in invoices, packing slips, and part receipts daily
• Act as a liaison between the Leasing office, residents, and the local community
• Referral of tenant questions, issues, and matters to the leasing office
• Potentially complete basic maintenance requests and tasks as assigned
• Conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism and complete other miscellaneous tasks as required

Competencies needed for this position:

• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, iPhone, and iPad

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a courier role and using YARDI software is preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle, Drug Screen, Credit, and Criminal Background Check
