Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Lead to join one of our large financial clients. A Tech Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams as part of a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The successful delivery lead facilitates sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. They will coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery e. g . kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Other responsibilities include:
Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution

8+ years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience
Financial services Middle office / Back-office processes and technology experience in a global markets space (must come from a large banking background)
Financial services and must know about financial systems (reconciliation routines, the difference between a ledger and a subledger, etc.).
