We are looking for an Associate Director PLM Platforms and Delivery to oversee the technical design and development of PLM platforms and other associated applications enabling engineering business processes, ensuring successful delivery within product driven teams leveraging DevSecOps model with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for design, development, delivery and day-to-day operations of Teamcenter platform and associated custom applications in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and solution approaches for large strategic initiatives.
- Define standards, methods and practices for Teamcenter platform and other associated custom applications.
- Define documentation templates and ensure governance of implementing within entire application portfolio.
- Define and manage solutions, balancing technical constraints, process optimization, and business needs.
- Define and Governance of technical standards within the portfolio from requirements to release life-cycle.
- Provide technical guidance to development team members on OOTB principles, Integration and custom development.
- Participate and support business-facing strategy organization with PLM processes and develop solution approaches design for workflows reports and forms.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Engage with business units, IT, and external vendors to align PLM initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor technical team members.
- Manage multiple vendor strategy within the portfolio and oversee technical delivery of SI partner resources.
- Enable DevSecOps with end-to-end responsibility for product teams leveraging agile methodologies.
- Bachelors degree
- At least 12 years of information systems/information technology experience

- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Technical leadership and Management experience
- Deep technical understanding of various PLM Platforms
- Strong functional and configuration experience in PLM platforms
- Strong functional and process knowledge withing engineering domain in an automotive / manufacturing industry
- Proven experience managing third party vendors delivering solutions.
- Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
