What you'll do: As an employee-owner Delivery Assistant, you will be a part of the Delivery Team that delivers windows and doors TDT customers (projects and single family homes job sites) in a safe, damage free, and professional/customer focused manner.
Successful candidates will:

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Pass a pre-employment and physical and drug test.
- Have the ability to perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently.
- Have customer facing experience and demonstrated excellent customer service.
- At least 6 months experience working in a warehouse or similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
- Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork (preferred).
- Starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance pay (TIPP) when the team achieves performance targets.
- Your full-time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm.
