Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Seattle, WA

**Experience:** 5 years required in high acuity and high pace environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Not accepting first-time travelers.
**License:** Please indicate the Washington license status: Active, In Process, or No License. If in process, provide applied date and ETA of issue date.
**Certifications:** EPIC electronic fetal monitoring experience
**Must-Have:**
- Ability to circulate and provide newborn care, including eyes and Vitamin K injections, thighs, and newborn assessments.
- Experience with Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate.
- High-risk experience and ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
- Functions as the Baby Nurse during delivery and continues care of the newborn until transfer to postpartum.
- Adherence to AWHONN guidelines
**Job Description:**
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Floating required to Postpartum/Antepartum and possible floating to sister facilities that focus on Mom/Baby care.
- Care for midwifery clients, private OBs, adult recovery services supporting substance recovery, and community care clinics.
- Four operating rooms, all types.
- Must adhere to guidelines and procedures, with proper licensing and certifications in place.
- Responsible for finding transportation to any facility they are floated to within a 40-mile radius.
- Maintain excellent patient care in a high-acuity, high-volume labor and delivery unit.
- Complete mandatory modules pre-start and annually, with self-reported completion.
