Job Summary:
Rimports is currently seeking an individual for the role of a Product Mover at our Provo, Utah location.
The Product Mover is responsible for assisting the production department in moving product and maintaining organization throughout the warehouse. The Product Mover must have strong attention to detail and knowledge of products and product location within the warehouse. Communication with both the shipping and production departments is essential in this role to ensure all production requirements and deadlines are being met.
This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Essential Functions:

• Keep production floor stocked with pallets, boxes & other necessary supplies
• Put away & rotate finished product from production (first in, first out)
• Must certify in-house to operate forklifts & walkie ridies competently
• Pay attention to detail & watch for any product discrepancies/errors
• Participate in mixing of fragrance products.
• Clear receiving of incoming materials (fragrance, clamshells, boxes, etc.)
• Keep push back racks stocked for the shipping department
• Help with special projects as needed
• Check all labels to ensure accuracy
• Organize & sort pallets
• Be aware of precautions needed when dealing with chemicals; Be aware of proper clean up procedures for spills
• Keep fragrance barrels condensed & ensure proper labeling
• Prepare & ship product to the Spanish Fork warehouse
• Physically able to actively participate in a fast-paced production/shipping environment daily
• Keep work areas clean & uncluttered
• Report all safety concerns to Manager immediately
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Program knowledge):

• 2+ years Forklift Experience
• Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

• Strong knowledge of production & shipping processes
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• NetSuite experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment drug test & background check.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time & non-exempt. Work schedule is four 10-hr daytime shifts 6am-4:30pm Tues-Fri.
Work Environment:
The combined odor of multiple fragrances may affect those with odor-sensitivities and could result in headaches the first couple of days. This position is performed inside.

• Cut resistant gloves must be worn when using razor knives or blades
• Protective gloves required when working with chemicals
• Fingernail length must be kept cut to the tip of the finger
• Closed-toe & slip-resistant shoes are required
• Hair must be pulled up & safety glasses worn when working near the production line/mixing area

• Lift up to 50 pounds, lifting 30 pounds regularly

• Must be able to grip, grasp, clench hands & twist wrists for long periods of time without difficulty or restriction
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist & move around for long periods of time without difficulty or restriction; Use proper lifting techniques when bending, lifting or pushing
• Be cautious of vehicles & people moving throughout work area
• Must have a high tolerance to scents/odors
