School Transportation Driver - Non CDL

Buckeye’s Best Transport is a school transport company based in Gahanna Ohio. We specialize in transporting special needs students to and from school and we are currently looking to add to our team as we expand. This is a very straightforward and easy job. NO CDL required, all vehicles are cars or minivans.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions.

All positions are split shifts.

Full-time hours are generally 5:30am - 9:30am and returning in the afternoon 1:30pm-5:30pm.

Part-time will have a similar schedule with reduced hours.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 40 years old
• Must pass an ODOT physical (company provided)
• Must have a clean driving record, no at-fault accidents, no more than 2 points on license
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol tests (company provided)
• Will be subject to random drug and alcohol tests

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school using designated routes.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents during transportation.
• Operate a variety of vehicles including cars and vans following all safety regulations.
• Assist students with disabilities.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding transportation schedules.
• Maintain vehicles by performing routine maintenance checks and reporting any issues promptly.
