CDL Class A Driver

Clean Harbors is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks/work equipment at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role involves driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers
• Load and unload trucks
• Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with regulations
• Observe all company environmental health and safety guidelines
• Ability to be on call for emergency response

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial driver experience
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
• Previous Hazmat experience
• Previous manual labor experience
