Provides client transportation, maintains log of patient transportation, mileage and current patient information sheets. Position may also provide direct patient care, assisting with monitoring client interaction, assisting with groups & cafeteria/lunches, etc. as determined by the director. Organizes workload in an efficient manner. Performs patient care duties with attention to detail, accuracy, safety and client comfort.
