**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients and postpartum mothers.
- Care for neonates, ensuring their health and safety in a Level II special care nursery setting.
- Work collaboratively within an LDRP unit that includes:
- 8 labor beds
- 12 postpartum beds
- 4 special care nursery beds
- Utilize fetal monitoring equipment proficiently.
- Maintain compliance with medical standards and hospital protocols.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exhibit empathy and professionalism in patient care.
