Job Details
- Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma & Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIRED
- Must have Labor/Delivery and Post Partum experience - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - REQUIRED
- Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
- Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
Job Requirements
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
- RTO must be less than 7 days.
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

Unit Specific Information
- PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Banner Cover Page completely filled out
- Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms).
- Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
