Local Truck Driver

Job Description:

Position Details:

• Pay starts at $1,450 per week with a $6,000 Sign-On BONUS (must meet minimum requirements, will be discussed during the interview)
• Full-time company driver, schedule is Monday - Friday with a 4-5 day work week

Position Purpose:

• Responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on local and interstate routes for the purpose of delivering and unloading food and food related products in a safe and timely manner
• Perform all required safety checks and inspections according to DOT regulations
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of hours of service
• Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor and loading dock area

Qualification:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A
• Meet all State licensing and certification requirements
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
