Drivers are responsible for driving a passenger van to and from the hotel to San Diego International Airport. Supports the functions of the Valet and Bell Services including but not limited to; luggage assistance, transportation arrangements, valet parking, responding to guest requests, and supporting the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Reports to : Guest Experience Manager
Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Provide shuttle service to Airline guests to and from airport
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Be knowledgeable of daily check ins and check outs, airline airport shuttle times, catering groups, and restaurant activity
- Ensure the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from the guest's room
- Make certain the guest is familiar with their room upon arrival i.e. temperature control, safe, etc.
- Maintain a presence in the lobby when not delivering luggage to guest rooms, offering assistance to Guests
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies
- Responds to inquiries and promotes the hotels services, in person and on telephone, by explaining products/services
- Provides the guest with up-to-date hotel information in order to enhance customer relations
- Be well groomed and in uniform with name tag at all times
- Provides assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel
- Will provide customer with parking information and receipt in exchange of handed-over keys
- Will check vehicle for any damages and note on ticket , carefully inspect, record and drive valet vehicles to and from the designated valet parking areas
- As guests depart, Garage Parking Attendant will properly process their ticket through CVPS
- All shifts maintain cleanliness of Hotel Garage
- Other job duties as assigned

- Ability to move up to 100 lbs., with wheeled assistance
- Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting or lifting overhead 20-50 or more pounds
- Physical activities include walking, talking, standing, stooping, hearing, seeing, talking, bending, reaching, fingering, feeling, touching, writing, grasping, handling, stretching, balancing, pushing, pulling, reaching up and down, and remain stationary at times throughout work periods
- Considerable repetitive motion of hands, wrists, shoulders and back is required.
- *Must have a valid class "C" Driver License with Passenger Endorsement*
- * Must be able to work weekends and holidays*
- $200.00 Referral Bonus after being hired for each referral that is hired after 90 days of employment.
