Part Time Pick Up & Delivery/Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Use his or her general knowledge of quality customer service on a daily basis
• Establish rapport with customers
• Assist and direct customers as needed
• Drive vehicles to parking as needed
• Be a goodwill ambassador for the facility
• Notify manager of customer concerns
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
• Maintain communication with Service staff
• Operate shuttles to homes and businesses when needed
• Willingness to help as needed in other tasks in the Service department
• Deliver cars to Service entrance for cashier
• Install floor mats, seat covers, and key tags
• Check vehicle for physical damage
• Take vehicles to car wash to be cleaned

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Capable of communication with customers
• Sensitivity to customer concerns with enthusiasm
• General knowledge of the Peoria Metro area and its streets and major businesses
• Be able to take direction and responsibilities
• Neat, professional appearance 
• Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability and desire to deliver world class service to our customers on a daily basis
• Some mechanical knowledge a plus
