Job Requirements / Description

Job Description:

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’ . As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ , we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.

The Digital Discover to Scale (DD2S) for all mega-process comprises the guidelines and processes by which the strategy, prioritization, development, and maintenance of digital products and platforms is managed within Mars Snacking. This is an exciting evolution of how Mars Snacking will deliver and support digital products and platforms towards a modern agile and product lead approach. The intention of this new model is to change the way Mars Snacking treats digital to a value-driven capability embedded in the business. DD2S processes operate across the entire digital product lifecycle and ensure technology solutions are designed, deployed, and managed in a consistent manner and consistently provide value to the business, consumers, and customers.

The delivery of the Product & Platform model is critical due to the dependency all other D30 mega-processes have on this to define ‘how’ digital delivery should be performed consistently and with quality. D30 Global Product Delivery Practice Leader role will lead the detailed design and deployment of the future state process, tooling, and mindsets & behaviors required to shift how the organization structures its work and teams to deliver digital products.

The role will provide thought leadership, scope control, and guidance to a network of DT associates who participate in the detailed design process and act as a liaison between the DD2S team and other relevant Mega processes.

Beyond design, the role partners with key stakeholders and deployment teams across all regions to successfully deploy the "to be" end state, considering the change journey for associates, interdependencies, and sequencing with the other elements of D30 and value delivery. The role will ensure seamless integration across Mars Snacking DT, MGS DT, and where appropriate, the wider D30 design to deliver the relevant components of the value case.
