Delivery Driver HelperDate: Sep 19, 2024Location:Denver, CO, USRequisition ID: 32653Job SummaryDelivery Driver Helpers assist Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently deliver the company’s products (cases and kegs) to On-Premise and Off-Premise retail accounts from a commercial truck.Major FunctionsDriver Assistance (80%)Help drivers complete the assigned route in a safe, accurate and efficient manner in varying weather conditions and challenging environments (i.e., stairs, curbs, docks, tight parking lots)Execute quality of service in accounts including: rotation, stocking shelves, building displays, and organizing productsSafety & Compliance (20%)Must comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations in addition to the Coors Distributing Company Policies and ProceduresOther FunctionsOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have the ability to work well with different personalities on a daily basis in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environmentMust have excellent communication skillsWorking conditionsThis position is subject to varying start times and all work must be completed dailyRequires face to face contact with customers in the marketPhysical requirementsMust be physically capable of handling and delivering between 500 and 1,000 30 lb. cases every day and lifting up 165 lbs. consistently on a daily basisThis position will be subject to assisting a driver who might be on light duty, thus resulting in the physical labor being performed solely by the Driver HelperApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.Job Posting Hourly Rate: $20.50Molson Coors is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
