Frontgate Avon, managed by East West Hospitality, is searching for a dependable and customer-focused Ski Shuttle Driver to join our team, providing safe, timely transportation between Vail & Beaver Creek. If you’re skilled behind the wheel, familiar with the local terrain, and thrive on delivering exceptional service, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for safely navigating winter roads while ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable ride. Ready to make an impact on their mountain experience? Let’s drive!
Duties Include:
In this role, you will be responsible for operating the shuttle vehicle to safely transport guests between Vail & Beaver Creek, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on ensuring passenger safety by following traffic laws and safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and presentable shuttle at all times. You'll also monitor weather and road conditions, adjusting your driving as needed for a smooth and safe journey. Regular vehicle inspections and accurate record keeping will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly.
Work Location: Frontgate | Avon, CO
Job Start Date: Early November and early December
Employment Status: Full and Part Time Seasonal
Pay Rate: $20 - 22.00/hour; Seasonal bonus potential!
Schedule: 4 shifts per week / 9 - 10 hours a day
Minimum Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record, and must pass our insurance carrier's requirements
Previous experience in driving large vehicles or shuttles preferred. Experience driving in snowy/icy conditions is a plus.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift ski gear and luggage and assist passengers
Knowledge of the Area: Familiarity with local ski resorts, accommodations, and routes is a plus
