**Must-Have:**
- At least three years of labor and delivery experience
- At least one year of experience receiving newborns with regular NRP use
**Job Description:**
- Work in an obstetrics unit specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care
- Provide care and support for labor and vaginal or Cesarean deliveries
- Conduct scheduled Cesarean deliveries and cervical ripening
- Manage couplet care and perform newborn circumcisions
- Utilize equipment such as electronic fetal monitors, IV pumps, and Panda Warmers
- Document and manage patient information using Meditech and CPN electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Maintain patient ratios: Labor 1-1; Postpartum 3 couplets per RN; Nursery BABY 1-1
- Demonstrate a friendly, kind, and hardworking personality fit for the unit
- Float to the Medical-Surgical unit as needed
- Adhere to a navy scrub color/attire dress code
- Work every other weekend as required
**General Comments:**
The successful candidate will join a team consisting of 19 staff members on an OB LDRP unit. The team includes 3 to 3.5 RNs and 1 scrub tech/unit clerk during day and night shifts, along with a director.
