Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Newberg, OR

**Job Description:**
- The nurse will float between units as necessary.
- On-call duty is required, with a low census call system in place.
- Weekend shifts are required; at least every other weekend.
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3 postpartum, 1:1 labor.
- Locals accepted with reduced compensation.
- Orientation includes 40 hours, non-billable.
- Modules, averaging 16 non-billable hours, must be completed pre-start and annually. Completion is self-reported.
- Candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby. Refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Communication devices needed for performing duties will be supplied if required.
- Must commit to working three out of five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
- The position is located within a Short Term Acute Care/Level IV Trauma Center with a total of 60 staffed beds.
- Scrub color and attire: any color for nurses; CNAs and MLTs can wear any color or business casual.
