About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Sales for Enterprise Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging channel partnerships and industry contacts to secure new enterprise accounts, as well as supporting the growth of existing client relationships. This role requires the development of a robust sales plan, the management of client partnerships, and active participation in professional organizations related to MSP and contingent workforce programs. The Director of Sales will also be expected to maintain a strong prospect pipeline, stay abreast of market trends and competitors, and drive all sales efforts in alignment with the company's financial and growth goals. Applicants for the Director of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in MSP or staffing sales, preferably with a focus on MSP. The role demands a proven ability to communicate and partner with clients and staff at all levels, excellent negotiation skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, able to maintain performance under pressure, and willing to attend networking events. The Director of Sales will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the company's continued financial growth and must be prepared to meet the outlined financial and sales metrics.
