**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Rotating Weekends
**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year
**License:** RN License
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to work night shifts
- Weekend availability on a rotating basis
**Job Description:**
- Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care for labor and delivery.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and uterine contractions using specialized equipment.
- Assist in childbirth and manage complications during labor and delivery.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in continuing education and stay informed about the latest developments in labor and delivery care.
- Adhere to unit policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and contribute positively to team dynamics and unit culture.
