Primary Job Responsibilities
· Operate forklift, unload vendor trucks, place doors in shop and manually move products as needed
· Load trailers with doors and millwork; secure and ready for delivery
· Safely deliver doors and millwork using company pickup and trailer
· Communicate effectively with builders and superintendents to place doors and millwork in specified locations on jobsites
· Assist production shop with projects as needed
· Operate various woodshop tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
· Assist inventory controller with monthly counts and other projects when necessary
· Will be cross trained to perform other duties as needed

· Pays close attention to details and proven ability to verify accuracy of own work
· Positive attitude – trainable and coachable
· Clean driving record; comfortable navigating trailers in tight spaces or traffic
· Reliable, organized, and good at maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines
· Ability to safely and confidently operate forklift or ability to be trained and certified
· Desire and ability to perform physical labor and work in varying temperatures and conditions
· General woodworking knowledge – prior experience with selling or installing doors and interior trim preferred
