General Description:

• Combine gaylords - 60 min, Mold changes - average 6 changes per shift @ 25 mins per change-150min, remove all purge from machines-80 min, receive & stage material from warehouse - 60 min
• Change & label scrap totes average 14 per shift @ 5 min per tote - 70min
• Fill blue bins- average 8 per shift @ 10 min per-80 min, fill all rubber bins twice per shift @ 30 mins per-60 min, Receive bulk trucks for silos- 30 min per truck
• Fill color bins for blow mold- 20 min
• Change regrind bins -120 min Blow mold - mold changes - 60 min per mold change

MONITOR DURING SHIFTS:

• Panel boards, Material running from blue bins & gaylords, Silo levels, Regrind % in dryers
• Material running in portable dryers, Vacuum system and all hoppers
• All metal separating bins-dump as needed
• All material and vacuum hoses - replace as needed, All blenders and color feeders
• Record all shift information

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING:

• Clean and vacuum machines - 240 min, Clean mezzaines-120min
• Keep regrind rooms clean & under mezzaines-40 min
• Clean material storage area and dump station-60 min & silos section 1 & 2 and 2 - 40 min
• Floor clean of pellets, hoses, etc. around machines-60 min

WEEKLY DUTIES:

• Check calibration of blenders - 220 min
• Check & clean dryer filters, vacuum filters, and dust collectors -360min, Record material lot # in audit book - 30 min, Weekly pm's -200 min

Qualifications
Work experience requirements:

• Work overtime as required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs,
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Forklift certification
