POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Portfolio Delivery and Release Manager at Fontainebleau Las Vegas will provide management oversight for day-to-day operations, including risk mitigation and service quality management, for one or more business portfolios. This role involves conducting formal communications with stakeholders, collecting key metrics, managing relationships with product vendors, coordinating application management activities, and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. The Portfolio Delivery and Release Manager will take ownership of deliverables from the Application Service Delivery Team and act as the first point of escalation for application management operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide management oversight for day-to-day operations, including risk mitigation and service quality management.
- Conduct formal communications with all stakeholders.
- Collect key metrics and KPIs across tracks and present status reports.
- Work closely with Product Leads to collaborate on cross-track and cross-functional issues.
- Manage relationships with product vendors and escalate issues with vendors as needed.
- Coordinate application management activities across other Application Service Delivery Teams and IT teams.
- Assist in resolving issues in a timely manner and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
- Take bottom-line ownership of deliverables from the Application Service Delivery Team and act as the first point of escalation for application management operations.
- Organize, document, and follow up on outcomes of Change Control meetings.
- Coordinate with application, business or product teams, integration teams, and QA teams.
- Develop plans and testing strategies and evaluate regression testing tools.
- Review release notes, determine potential impacts, and coordinate accordingly.
- Coordinate ongoing small to medium enhancements, including testing and migration.
- Identify additional functionality from releases that could be considered, and work with Process Owners and Product Leads on adoption.
- Maintain overall release plans and release coordination across applications and associated applications.
- Work on incremental projects as available.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a delivery & release management, or similar role.
- Service management and change management expertise.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of application and system ecosystems.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is a plus.
- Understanding of SaaS application support processes.
- Proven communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibility.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
