Completes transportation routes and duties in a timely manner.
This Driver position is responsible for driving the bus/van for purposes of providing and addressing transportation needs of the senior residents at Oak Meadows in Oakdale, MN. This Driver schedule includes;
- 10 hours every two weeks ; part time
- Tuesday and Wednesdays - 2 hours per day ; Saturdays - 1 hour

Completes transportation routes and duties in a timely manner.
- Maintains a log of transportation services and tasks performed throughout the driving period.
- Organizes work assignments.
- Modifies schedule to accommodate the need of passengers.
- Ensures compliance with all requirements pertaining to operation of special transportation vehicle.
- Communicates with supervisor about needed equipment and supplies.
- Follows policies and procedures of Ebenezer and state and federal rules and regulations.
- Functions effectively with limited direct supervision.
- Practices sound, safe judgment when performing transportation services.
- Knows and practices infection control procedures. •Knows and practices fire and disaster procedures.
- Knows and practices safety procedures.
- Recognizes and acts appropriately on safety hazards and incidents.
- Responds appropriately to emergency situations.
- Provides assistance to all participants and residents, as needed.
- High school diploma/GED
- Current driver's license in good standing
- Must be insurable under the employers auto Insurance Coverage
- one to three years of experience
