Delivery Manager
Location: 100% Onsite. Denver, CO.

Skills: Wi-Fi , Embedded
1. 10+ years of experience in managing large delivery team preferably in Embedded & CPEs ( Wi-Fi routers/modems/gateways)
2. Knowledge of Wi-Fi firmware development, integration testing is good to have
3. Proficient with tools like Git, JIRA, ALM, DevOps
4. Experience in managing and collaboration with co-located and remote teams in different time zones
5. Own & successfully deliver the project & track the project KPIs
6. Actively work with customer to identify requirements, gaps and work with cross-functional teams
7. Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress to customer
8. Project management skills, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge
9. Where appropriate, coaches the teams to improve collaboration and outcomes (coaching is the primary responsibility of teams' managers)
10. CSM/PSM/Prince/PMI certification will be good to have & will be preferred
