Solution Delivery Consultant

Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.
2. Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments.
3. Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.
4. Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues.
6. Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.
7. Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.
8. Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.

Qualifications
Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience.
3. Written and verbal communication skills.
4. Decision making skills.
5. Flexibility.
6. Comfort with ambiguity.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred:

1. Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
2. Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.).

Expectations

1. Potential travel 20% of the time as needed.
2. Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
