Greetings,

We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) manages the Agile Release Train (ART) at O Fallon, MO(Onsite) for 12 months plus contract with our direct client.

Job Description:

Title: Senior Release Train Engineer

Location: O'Fallon, Missouri (Main Campus)

Duration: 12 Months

A Release Train Engineer (RTE) manages the Agile Release Train (ART) by facilitating key ceremonies like Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and Sync Meetings, ensuring that ART members are aligned with project objectives and risks are mitigated. In addition to overseeing daily coordination and tracking ART progress, the RTE facilitates the intake process for new work requests or features, helping prioritize and allocate capacity across teams. Regular hours are expected, but flexibility may be needed during intensive periods like PI Planning

Top 3 required technical skills?

• SAFe and Agile Framework Expertise : Mastery of SAFe principles, Agile methodologies, and their application within an ART.
• Program and Project Management : Skilled in tracking complex projects, with an emphasis on Agile metrics and dependency management.
• Facilitation of Large-Scale Agile Ceremonies : Proficient in orchestrating ART-wide events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and the intake process for new features / epics

Desired/nice to have technical skills?

1. Lean Portfolio Management: Aids in aligning the ART with strategic organizational priorities.
2. CI/CD and DevOps Knowledge: Helpful for ensuring streamlined collaboration between development and operations teams
