Non-CDL Driver - Street Sweeping (Nights)

Job Title: Non - CDL Driver (Days)
WHAT WE DO?
Our power sweeping solutions include sweeping parking lots, streets, and highways as well as construction, industrial, and special event sites. Our fleet uses the latest mechanical broom sweepers and regenerative air vacuum trucks. In addition to being the leader in professional power sweeping, SCA also provides state-of-the-art jet-vac services where we can perform collection, system preventive maintenance cleaning, and identify infrastructure issues before they occur.
Location: 9000 Trinity Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053
Hours: Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 5 AM
Rate of Pay: $18 per hour
Job Responsibilities:

• You will operate Sweeper equipment and must inspect them daily to ensure safe operation.
• You must be comfortable with completing work in oncoming traffic. You will have protection from TMA vehicles.
• Required to make numerous stops and exit the truck to remove debris/trash from highway shoulders and adjacent edges of highway shoulders.
• Will drive a pickup truck and physically pick up a wide range of debris/trash and place it in the caged bed of truck.
• Clean various highway locations in and surrounding metroplex assigned daily.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Good Driving Record
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card, at the company's expense
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Must wear proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
• May perform other duties as assigned
