UPP Global is a growing full-service parking management company with expertise in all verticals of parking. We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations and counting. Currently we are looking for an Evening Hotel Valet Attendant who is available to work evening shifts in a combination of weekday and weekend shifts (Hours of 3pm - 11pm) at a highly rated hotel in beautiful downtown Burlington, Vermont. Position Highlights
Earn $18 - $25/hour plus amazing benefits ( Combination of base hourly wage and CASH TIPS).
Weekend and Weekday Availability
Shifts include 7am-3pm Mon-Fri, 3-11pm Fri-Sun.

Job Responsibilities And Main Duties:
Greet and welcome guests, holding their door for them, help by answering questions and directing them to check-in
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner ("The Guest Experience")
Be responsible for parking and retrieving guests vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Carefully navigate "hot zones" - Unique to each location, these spots have heightened risk of damage = liability.
Assist guests with bell service, directions, taxis, reservations, information about meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed
Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure
Transport guests via the hotel shuttle service
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Know and maintain best practices in security and safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:

Must be comfortable standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day
Must provide excellent customer service
Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift
Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
Must possess a current drivers’ license and maintain an acceptable driving record
Must have a good work ethic and be a team player. Lead by Example.
Must maintain a groomed, professional appearance, following the uniform guidlines. (Look good, Feel Good, Law of Attraction!)
Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check
Manual Transmission a plus - Not required upon hire. Inquire with us at any time about various options for training in this area.
Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
