- 21 Years Old
- 3 Months of CDL driving experience in the last 36 months with no more than 2 carriers
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- NO more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license for at least 18 months
- No Careless or reckless driving in the last 6 months
- No more than 4 jobs in the last year
