Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or driver management role.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant technology.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or driving experience is preferred but not required
