At Harvesters, our drivers are the face of the organization to our agencies and partners. You'll be responsible for pick-up, deliveries, loading and unloading and assisting receiving staff. A set schedule with no overnights will allow you to maintain positive customer relationships with product donors and agencies. We pride ourselves on maintaining clean, safe trucks, tractors, trailers and warehouse equipment. Daily inspections and our electronic logging devices ensure our data is accurate and timely. The ability to operate in a constant state of alertness, and safe manner is imperative. You'll also perform warehouse duties and other assignments as needed. This position requires travel to other locations within the service area. It occasionally requires lifting over 50 pounds. Your time will be spent: 50% driving a vehicle (truck, car, forklift, and other machinery) 40% loading and unloading vehicles and 10% performing other duties.

The ideal candidate:
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial truck driving or have graduated from a certified truck driving school. You maintain a Missouri or Kansas Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A and a safe driving record as defined by Department of Transportation (DOT) and Harvesters. You can pass DOT physical. You have basic digital literacy and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
