The Service Delivery Manager will take ownership of managing the delivery of the QV Systems products to our largest clients.

Friendly, outgoing and positive, the holder of this role delivers maximum value by regularly visiting our flagship customers, ensuring that the service they are receiving is of the highest quality and that all necessary metrics are in place, and visible to the customer.

Job purpose & responsibilities

Service focus

  1. You can maintain focus on the whole life of service delivery: from designing to developing to delivering and operating.
  2. You know how to see the bigger picture and can investigate how to get the best out of our services for customers.
  3. You have an in-depth understanding of Service Management Framework (ITIL) principles and processes and the ability to apply high-level technical knowledge in project or programme activities.

Service reporting

  1. You can take management information and consolidate agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) into product or service measures that underpin service management of a specific product or service.
  2. You can produce relevant reports in a standard format in an agreed timeframe. You can work with important stakeholders to discuss any changes in the reporting processes. You can add a compelling commentary that provides an interpretation for the data set.
  3. You can identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement.
  4. Be able to visualise and articulate problems and solutions, solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information.

Commercial Acumen

  1. You can identify and define revenue opportunities within existing customers.
  2. You can ensure that the solution aligns with the vision, mission, objectives, strategy, business and user needs. You can identify and recognise a viable solution or control.

Ownership and initiative

  1. You can take ownership of problems and proactively resolve problems, ensuring that solutions continue to meet business requirements.
  2. Take full accountability for actions taken and decisions made.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience in business.
  2. Experience of asset and/or automotive finance.
  3. Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Advanced advocacy and influencing skills.
  5. Strong organisational skills, autonomous, self-motivated, curious and open-mindset.
  6. Full UK driving licence.
  7. ITIL certified.
  8. Experience in a similar role in a SaaS company.
