SAN ANTONIO 78252* Bilingual required $19.00 per hour Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bilingual Landscape Foreman to lead a landscaping crew. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving to various job sites and have the ability to lead a crew. This position is crucial to the daily operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring that equipment, materials, and crew are doing everything correctly. Pay rate starting at $19 with opportunity to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Safely drive a work truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites.Load and secure landscaping equipment and materials in the trailer.Back up and maneuver the truck with the trailer into tight spaces and at job sites.Ensure that all driving activities comply with local traffic laws and company safety standards.Perform routine inspections of the truck and trailer, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns.Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials at job sites.Leading and Work collaboratively with the landscaping crew to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and trailer.Requirements:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Bilingual in (Spanish & English)Proven experience driving a truck with a trailer, including backing up and maneuvering in various environments.Must have experience with trimming & knowledge of seasonal trimming of trees & brushStrong understanding of safety practices related to driving and transporting equipment.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.Experience in landscaping or a related field is a requiredKnowledge of trimming during specific seasons Benefits:Competitive hourly wage.Guaranteed 40 hours and Fridays (if worked) OT as neededOpportunities for growth after 60 days once proven experience and performanceSupportive team environment.Client Location:San Antonio, TX 78252 How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume to
